🚫 Booking & Cancellation Policy 

At Morris Family Massage, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we maintain a clear and enforced cancellation policy.

Booking a Session

  • New Clients: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total session cost.

  • Returning Clients: While deposits are not typically required, we may request one for clients with a history of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your spot—and another client misses the chance to be seen.

  • Appointments are confirmed in advance with text and email reminders to help you keep track.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee (or your deposit will be forfeited).

  • If you NO-SHOW, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

We understand that life happens—if an emergency arises, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Your cooperation helps us continue to provide consistent, quality care for every client.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee.

🔞 Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments without parental consent. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatments, and parents must complete the Minor Consent Form.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

Morris Family Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, engages in inappropriate behavior, or fails to adhere to our policies. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of our staff and clients.

🚫Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment. Any inappropriate remarks or actions soliciting illegal services will result in the immediate termination of the session, removal from the premises, and charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

 

🛑 Health & Safety

To protect the health of all clients and practitioners, please do not book an appointment or reschedule your current appointment if you have been sick or recovering from an illness (cold, flu, COVID-19) within the past 10 days. You must be completely symptom-free before coming in for your session. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
